گاورنر چیست؟ (( گاورنر دیزل ژنراتور چه نقشی دارد؟))

در دیزل ژنراتورها برای کنترل فرکانس و دور دیزل ژنراتور بایستی دریچه سوخت متناسب با فرکانس یا دور دیزل بازو بسته شود تا در نهایت در تمام شرایط کارکرد دیزل ژنراتور دیزل دارای دوری ثابت باشد که در نتیجه آن فرکانس ثابتی داشته باشیم . نقش کنترل دور دیزل را گاورنر بعهده دارد که و در دو نوع گاورنر الکترونیکی و گاورنر مکانیکی می باشد. سنسورسرعت ((MAGNET PICK UP))در گاورنرهای الکترونیکی جهت کنترل دور دیزل مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند . پیکاپ بر روی دنده فلایویل با فاصله مشخص قرار می گیرد و هرگاه دنده های فلایویل از جلوی این سنسور عبور می کند خروجی سنسور که به دستگاه کنترل سرعت یا گاورنر وصل است پالسی تولید می گردد که گاورنر با توجه به تعداد این پالسها و فرکانس تنظیمی خروجی متصل به اکچویتور (Actuator) را تغییر می دهد که در نتیجه این فرایند با توجه به کنترل دریچه اکچویتور مقدار سوخت کنترل و در نهایت فرکانس کنترل می گردد .البته به خاطر داشته باشیم که موتور دیزل که در دیزل زنراتورها استفاده می شود از توع درون احتراقی دور ثابت است، به این معنی که دارای دور ۱۵۰۰+۵% است که این تلرانس ۵% rpm را  که به دلیل تغییرات بار ایجاد می شود را سیستم گاورنر به صفر میل می دهد.

The modular, universal XIOS controller presents an entirely new generation of ECU. It consists of a high-performance main board with high CPU power, large DRAM and FLASH memory. A FPGA logic chip leaves more computing power to the CPU for PLC functions or processor-intensive control tasks. Additional I/O boards can be attached to the main board in different number and type. They are configurable by software, jumperless and small in size. 
XIOS enables customers to develop their own control functions based on CoDeSys (IEC 61131-3) or MATLAB™*/Simulink. It is applicable for alarm and monitoring purposes just as well.
